I have a bachelors in business management.
What was your first job?
As a server at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen
Describe your most pivotal career experience.
Stepping out of corporate to try my hand at my own business.
Who is/was your mentor and what was the most important lesson you learned from them?
Jesus and the way I interpret His most important lesson is to serve and flow.
If you were/are a mentor in your field, what advice would you give to younger colleagues?
Being lost is a part of the process and don't see it as a bad thing, but something that is guiding you to your purpose.
What are you most proud of in your career?
Betting on myself. I started to learn this early into my career, but the knowing of it is freeing.
If you could change anything in your industry, what would it be and why?
My ability to serve more of them.
What lasting contribution do you hope to make to society/the professional world?
To serve and flow.
