Share your biggest hold up or limitation this year and how you got over, under, and around that.
I have a few questions to offer:
What gift(s) or unexpected blessings has the pandemic afforded you as a leader or business owner? How do you stay motivated in the midst of this emotionally, financially, physically, and spiritually dirsuptive season? How do you avoid staying stuck?
How has everyone maintained a positive outlook and influence on both business and personal situations this year with everything going on? Many small business owners are hanging on by a thread. Many large business groups are holding back and minimizing flow. Sales professionals everywhere are reaching but definitely limited to actually obtaining their goals because buyers aren't jumping out there with large orders as usual with the uncertainty of our current state. How have you all had to change your strategy to push forward during this time? How has the pandemic hit your various industries?
We own a small resort in the Pacific Northwest (www.portludlowresort.com). I was wondering in interpreting the voice of the customer - how do you see people wanting to stay at hotels, eat at restaurant, etc.
What is a piece of advice you have for entrepreneurs just getting started? First thing that comes to mind.
My dad and I are starting a real estate investment company. This is our first time starting a business and we were wondering how you have dealt with the fear and anxiety of starting new ventures?
