I lost my job and wanted to bring actionable knowledge to those in leadership positions or wanting to become a leader. I wanted to take my 26 years of leadership experience and combine it with world leaders to give a holistic leadership approach while tackling every aspect of what makes us leaders.


How has your podcast helped your brand or business?

It has generated leads, clients, and has even fed the content in my upcoming book. It has also fed my social media content library. I have gained speaking engagements both locally and abroad due to people hearing or watching the podcast. It has catapulted my coaching, training, and speaking to a global level.

The podcasts have been game-changing. I get to speak to business leaders from across the world from the founder of Reebok to the CEO of Chipotle. I am a better business person because of the podcast. With that said, I have created a personal brand much larger than anticipated. People know about the show. Whether they listen or not, they are aware it exists and it has only helped my brand.
